Petro Canada Scam Complaint - Very Bad Customer Service

At 3 AM today on July 25, 2014 I went back again to Petro Canada at the above-mentioned location in Richmond Hill and I noticed the car wash is closed, so I went inside and asked the employee Sammy why is the car wash closed and he said it's broken and I asked him when will it be fixed? he said maybe today or tomorrow because they tried to fix it earlier today and they couldn't fix it.

I advised him that I have the season car wash, and I asked him if he can provide me with the rewash ticket that is valid for six months and he said he can only provide me with a rewash ticket that's valid for 24 hours only, I advised him that when I spoke to Josh Kincaid who is the manager of customer service, Marcia Richards who is the person incharge of the season pass car wash program, and also John who's the manager of this gas station I was promised that when the car wash goes out of service I should receive the wash ticket that is valid for six months not only 24 hours because I have a season carwash, what's the point if they give me that 24 hour car wash ticket when I can come back the next day and wash my car using the season pass that I have, in this case I'm loosing a day or two, basically you pay for things you don't receive which is illegal and a scam.

He said he doesn't know, no one told him of anything like this where he has to give me the six months rewash ticket, I told him that's fine and that I'll talk to John and Josh about this.


I had spoken to Josh Kincaid who is the manager at Petro Canada customer service, and also Marcia Richards who is in charge of the season pass car wash program, and also John who is the manager at the gas station mentioned above before in the past and they all assured me that I should be receiving the six months rewash ticket every time I notice the car wash is out of service at this location.

I had this issue with this gas station for years and I have tried everything to solve this matter by talking to Marcia Richards, Josh Kincaid, and John and they all assured me that all the employees at the gas station should be giving me the six months rewash ticket, but with all the efforts I made it's all a waste of time because Sammy is telling me that no one told him anything so someone is lying.

When you complain about Petro Canada they don't care, even Josh Kincaid who is the manager of Petro Canada gas station couldn't do anything to fix this matter, it seems like they don't care about their customers or customer service at all, complaining will do nothing, you will just be wasting your time.

I'm very upset with Petro Canada, I will never go there again for gas or car wash, I will contact Josh Kincaid in the morning and request a refund of my season pass car wash because I am not satisfied with petro canada because they are running such scam and stealing my money, and if that doesn't work I will contact my credit card company and ask them to dispute/chargeback the payment, I will also file a complaint with BBB.ORG.
